Front Office Associate

Full job description

We are looking for a polite, responsible, and well-groomed Front Office Associate to manage front desk operations of our hotel. The candidate must be flexible to work in rotational day and night shifts and ensure excellent guest service at all times.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle room allotment, key issuance, and guest records
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest queries

Guest Services

  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, room tariffs, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints politely and escalate to seniors when required
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements

Billing & Cash Handling

  • Prepare bills, collect payments (cash/UPI/card), and maintain billing records
  • Ensure accuracy in guest bills and shift handover reports

Night Shift Duties (When Assigned)

  • Monitor hotel premises and ensure guest safety
  • Prepare night audit reports and update occupancy status
  • Handle late check-ins and early check-outs

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain guest registers, ID verification, and compliance records
  • Update PMS/manual registers accurately
  • Ensure proper shift handover to the next associate

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
