Collection Officer – Group Loan

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct daily follow-up with clients for on-time repayment of loan installments.
• Visit customer residences and business locations for field collection activities.
• Track overdue accounts, identify reasons for default, and execute recovery plans.
• Maintain bucket-wise follow-up and ensure reduction of PAR (Portfolio at Risk).
• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th) pass
• Minimum 1 year experience in Microfinance or Group loans
• Freshers with strong field orientation may also be considered.
• Location : Bardhaman, Nabadwip, Hooghly,Bankura.
