Tele Calling Executive (Remote)

Full job description

KAT-i is seeking a results-driven Tele Calling Executive to handle outbound outreach and lead qualification. You will be responsible for introducing our services to potential clients and maintaining high-quality communication to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads.
• Explain KAT-i’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM.
• Meet monthly/weekly targets for call volume and lead conversion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. (English)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must have a laptop/PC, stable internet, a headset with mic and a quiet workspace.
