We are looking for a dedicated Mining Supervisor to join our team in Kulti. This is a full-time role suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Oversee Daily Operations**: Supervise mining activities to ensure they run smoothly and safely. This includes monitoring workers and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- **Team Management**: Lead and coordinate a team of miners. This involves assigning tasks, providing guidance, and helping to resolve any on-site issues.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Conduct regular safety checks and training to promote a safe working environment.
- **Equipment Management**: Monitor the use and maintenance of mining equipment. Report any malfunctions to ensure that machinery is always in good working condition.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect mining outputs to ensure they meet quality standards. Ensure that materials extracted are suitable for processing.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of operations. This includes daily reports on production, safety incidents, and any challenges faced during mining operations.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential. Candidates should be physically fit, as the role requires working in demanding environments. Basic knowledge of mining operations and equipment would be an advantage.
